Delegates will be responsible for their own accommodation.
Delegates will be responsible for the costs of their own mandatory travel insurance.
Once the ticket is purchased by COSMOS Travel on behalf of Export Promotion Council of Handicrafts (EPCH) for the confirmed delegate, the delegate will be responsible for any cancellation or change fees.
Cosmos Travel will require a valid credit card number and authorized signature for such cancellation or change fees upon confirmation of travel ticket.
A claim form, complete with boarding passes, passport and visa entrance information must be submitted to the EPCH show office in New Delhi in order to receive the sponsored travel.
