About the Trade Mission*

India Expo Centre, New Delhi, Greater Noida Expressway, India

What you will receive:

  • Economy air ticket from one of two destinations in Canada: Vancouver or Toronto to New Delhi, India
  • Shuttle bus service from major hotels to and from show each day
  • Trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal for a group rate of approximately $30.00 [USD]
Total Cost of Trade Mission: $100 to $135. USD to cover travel insurance and participation fees; payable directly to Cosmo Travel Inc.**

Itinerary:

April 11th Depart for New Delhi India
April 12th Arrive in New Delhi (Late Night). Cars will be available to transfer to Hotels.
April 13th Rest/Sightsee
April 14-18th Indian Houseware Show and Permanent Show Marts
April 19th Rest/Sightsee – Trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal for delegates who want to go on the bus tour.
April 20th Depart for Canada
Total Days: 9 days

Other:
You can expect our Mission to be 9 days long, two of these days are for travel and rest and four days will be for Expo business. There is opportunity for you to remain in India to sightsee and travel, but this must be arranged through our travel department and will be at your own cost.

Impact Communications Ltd. is not responsible for your business experience in India. Impact Communications Ltd. has no direct contact with vendors who participate in the fairs - business is conducted privately between you and each individual vendor. By signing this form you are agreeing to allow Impact Communications Ltd. to begin the process of soliciting you further with information required to travel to an India Expo Mart Show.

*The $100 to $135. [USD] is a non-refundable deposit required to confirm your participation. Cancellation of travel results in the loss of this deposit. If for any reason due to illness, death of a spouse or relative or natural disaster you must cancel, arrangements can be made to travel to a future India Expo Mart show. Travel Insurance/Cancellation is provided in this package. You will receive all details once your company has qualified and the travel ticket is issued in your name.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Delegates will be responsible for their own accommodation.
  • Delegates will be responsible for the costs of their own mandatory travel insurance.
  • Once the ticket is purchased by COSMOS Travel on behalf of Export Promotion Council of Handicrafts (EPCH) for the confirmed delegate, the delegate will be responsible for any cancellation or change fees.
  • Cosmos Travel will require a valid credit card number and authorized signature for such cancellation or change fees upon confirmation of travel ticket.
  • A claim form, complete with boarding passes, passport and visa entrance information must be submitted to the EPCH show office in New Delhi in order to receive the sponsored travel.
