Ashley Rooney -
Executive Assistant Ashley brings forward a variety of skills
to the company. In 1998 she graduated with a diploma from BCIT
in Marketing Management, specializing in Sales and Small Business.
Ashley has also managed to enhance her artistic side and completed
three years of fine art school with an applied design diploma.
Ashley worked in London, England for 1 year for a trendy home
accessories store. There she was able to apply both her business
and artistic skills as she was in charge of merchandising products
and overall display design. |

Becky
Holmes - Technical assistant in all aspects of Impact Communications
and Home Business Report. Her roles include website development
and design, email systems, system upgrades and server maintenance.
Becky is heavily involved with the Uniquely Canada programs,
assisting with show development, product assesment and administration. |

Cathy
Heppner - Circulation Manager for Home Business Report
has been a part of the management team since 1989 when the
very first issue of the Home Business Report magazine
was published. She was also the Operations Manager for the Uniquely
Shows and assisted with the development of procedures for
the Window on Business and Northern Wood Forum.
Currently Cathy oversees and administers the circulation of
the Home Business Report from her home office while raising
her two children. |

Gerrit
Looman, a self-employed businessman with over 30 years of
experience in managing business ventures. He combines his strong
business and management skills with a philosophy that encompasses
human creativity and hard work. |

Jennifer
Haffner is the manager of the Uniquely Canada retail store
in beautiful Sun Peaks, B.C. She is responsible for the day
to day operations of the store as well as the supervision and
development of store staff. As manager of the store she plays
a key role in assisting local artisans and crafts people in
accessing the uniquely programs. In turn, she strives to educate
visitors to Sun Peaks with the stories and background of all
the micro-entrepreneurs displayed in the store. A graduate of
Simon Fraser University, Jennifer has extensive experience in
opening and managing businesses in the hospitality sector, including
Boston Pizza where she received the prestigious Rookie of the
Year and G.E.M. awards by Boston Pizza International. |

Daniel
Dochstader studied graphic design at Fanshawe College in
London, Ontario and paid his dues with jobs in print shops,
design studios, magazine production and advertising agencies.
As a freelancer for over 15 years, his focus has been on small,
growing businesses, offering full service, from corporate identity
to advertising. He has been operating from his home office since
1990 and enjoys producing the Home Business Report because
of the "comradery" he feels with the subjects of the
articles within the magazine. |

Adrian
Ross, Adrian Ross Designs, artist, designer, craftsman,
teacher and exhibit coordinator, has worked with arts groups
international not-for-profit, Aid to Artisans, he has presented
training sessions in Russia, Fiji, Australia, and South Africa.
He has owned his own retail stores and frequently does exhibit
installation for galleries, craft organizations and retail shops.
He has been working with Impact Communications, designing and
installing the Uniquely micro-enterprise components in Canadian
gift shows, for over ten years. He has also worked as a consultant
for George Little Management, LLC. |
