As you may know, Uniquely Canada has mutually decided not to renew a relationship with DMG/GLM for the Canadian wholesale tradeshows. We wish them continued success with their future shows.

We are pleased to continue to build relationships with organizations that foster and support the growth of Canadian Small and Micro Businesses. Impact Communications Ltd. continues to enter into negotiations with existing public and private sector organizations in order to successfully transition from the regional Uniquely Programs to the branded approach of "Uniquely Canada" combined with "Global Linkages.com". Does Uniquely Canada Product Adjudication Still Exist?

YES, because we recognize the challenges facing new Canadian producers of arts, crafts, gifts and specialty food items, we are still providing our small business training service to new and creative Canadian businesses. Producers will continue to have the opportunity to receive written feedback from our panel of retail specialists regarding:

• Design
• Saleability
• Workmanship
• Promotional Materials
• Business Materials

In addition, new gift producers entering our Uniquely Canada Program receive: a Small Business Preparation Guide (designed to prepare them for the Global Marketplace); access to seminars in selected areas on Strategic Growth, access to our sponsors products and services, plus much more.

Once again the adjudication cost for the product development advice is a nominal fee of $60.00 - thanks to our corporate sponsors.

Once the participant has successfully gone through our program, they then receive a "UNIQUELY CANADA STAMP OF APPROVAL" giving buyers the assurance of a product that has gone through a rigorous jurying process by merchandise specialists.

Buyers will continue to find a collection of unique arts, crafts and gift items designed exclusively by Canadian artisans. Most importantly, buyers will know that the producers have received important product and business advice.
